# Welcome to Insights

If you’ve clicked into this page, you probably wanted one of a few things: to understand how Trding.ai actually works, to see what shipped this week, to read a real subscriber’s story, or to hear the founder actually say what he thinks about the market. All of that lives here. I want to explain what this section is, how it’s organized, and why it’s laid out the way it is.
## What Insights is
Insights is the reading room for Trding.ai. Not a marketing blog, not a news feed. It’s where I write — usually every Friday, sometimes more — about the things a serious trader would actually want to know before or after subscribing: what the system does, why it does it, what changed this week, and what real people using it are running into.
Everything here is written in first person by me. There’s no ghostwriter, no content agency, and no LLM churning out generic “5 tips for better trades” listicles. If a post has my name on it, I wrote it and I meant it.
## The five pillars
Insights is organized into five categories. Each one answers a different question, and each one has its own rhythm.
**Founder Notes** — The strategic side of the build. Why I chose certain trade-offs, what I’m reading, how I’m thinking about scale. If you like watching a solo founder work in public, this is your playlist.
**Methodology** — Deep-dives into the trading system itself. The six-step framework. What each of the five indicators does and why. How the Odds Enhancer scorecard works. Written for a trader who wants to look under the hood before they subscribe.
**Market Notes** — Short, disciplined reads on what’s happening in the tape right now. Monday setup, macro backdrop, watch-list context. Not calls. Context. So you know what regime we’re in before you look at a signal.
**Shipped** — The release log. Every time something meaningful lands — a new indicator version, a Deployment Center rebuild, a Library refresh — it gets a short post here. If you’re a subscriber, this is how you find out what changed and what to do about it.
**Stories** — Pilot subscribers, cohort feedback, patterns that emerged from real usage. Anonymized where it needs to be. This is where you see what actually happened when other people ran the system, in their own accounts, with their own money.
## How to navigate
Think of the five pillars as five playlists. You can subscribe to just one, or all of them. Every post is tagged into exactly one pillar, and the sidebar filter lets you turn the noise down to whatever you actually came for.

The archive is chronological; the pillar filter is thematic. Both work.
## Charter Members open September 15
I’m running Insights in the open ahead of the Charter Members opening on September 15. That’s exactly the kind of pre-purchase due diligence I’d want a subscriber to do. I’d rather you understand what you’re buying than click quickly and cancel in month two.
