By joining the Trding.ai Affiliate Program via Rewardful or by using your unique referral link to promote Trding.ai, you (the “Affiliate”) agree to be bound by the terms below.
Trding.ai pays the Affiliate 30% of the referred subscriber’s monthly Ultimate-tier subscription payment ($249/month × 30% = $74.70/month per active referred subscriber). Other subscription tiers (Core, Pro, Concierge) are not included in the affiliate program at launch but may be added in a future phase.
Commissions accrue for up to 12 consecutive months of active subscription per referred subscriber. After 12 monthly payments, commission on that subscriber ceases. If the same subscriber cancels and later resubscribes, the 12-month cap resets.
Referrals are tracked through Rewardful’s cookie system with a 60-day cookie window and last-click attribution. If a prospect clicks multiple affiliate links, the most recent link click credited within the 60-day window earns the commission.
Commissions accrue monthly as referred subscribers make their subscription payments. Each accrued commission enters a 30-day pending period (aligned with the standard subscription refund window). After the pending period, the commission becomes payable.
Payouts are issued on the first Monday of each month via PayPal to the email address the Affiliate provided at signup. Alternative payout methods (Wise, manual bank transfer for larger amounts) may be available on request.
If a referred subscriber cancels their subscription or receives a refund during a commission’s pending period, that commission is automatically voided. Once a referred subscriber cancels, no further commissions accrue on that referral. Trding.ai reserves the right to claw back a commission that has already been paid out if a corresponding refund is issued to the referred subscriber within 30 days of payout.
The Affiliate must disclose the affiliate relationship whenever they promote Trding.ai in a public or semi-public context (social media, email newsletters, blog posts, video content, verbal presentations, group chats). This is required under U.S. Federal Trade Commission guidelines governing endorsements.
An acceptable disclosure example: “I’m a Trding.ai affiliate. I earn a commission when someone signs up through my link, but this doesn’t cost you anything extra and doesn’t affect what you pay.”
Failure to disclose voids any accrued but unpaid commissions and may result in termination of the affiliate agreement.
The following will void all pending commissions and immediately terminate the affiliate agreement:
Trding.ai may, at its sole discretion, offer enhanced commission rates (up to 40%) to high-volume affiliates or strategic partners on a case-by-case basis. Enhanced rates are not automatic and are not a right of any affiliate.
Either party may terminate this affiliate agreement with 30 days written notice via email. Upon termination:
Termination for cause (violation of Section 7 or Section 6) is immediate and may include forfeiture of pending commissions.
Trding.ai reserves the right to modify these affiliate terms with 30 days written notice to active affiliates via email. Continued use of the affiliate program after the effective date of modified terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
The Affiliate acknowledges that Trding.ai is a software tool, not a registered investment advisor, and that nothing on this page or on the Trding.ai website constitutes investment advice. Commission projections shown on the affiliate landing page are illustrative only and depend entirely on subscriber acquisition, retention, and behavior over which neither Trding.ai nor the Affiliate has guaranteed control.
